The big day is almost here! August 7th

Registration Day / Teacher Meet and Greet

10-1 and 3-6

What will you need to bring?

Drivers License that is not expired and must have your current residing address

July Power or Water Bill in your name

Can we pay fees online before August 7 and will it help me bypass long lines?

Yes, when the system becomes available and you receive an email stating it is open, you are welcome to pay fees online.  However, if not paid online by August 7, you will need to pay fees when you arrive at registration. If fees are paid on day of registration, you will be asked to show your receipt of payment. If fees are paid in advance online, once you get in the cafeteria, you can go to the “paid online” line and cut your wait time in half.

Paying online does make the process easier for parents!

Can I also pay online for my child’s lunch and will that help me not have to wait in the lunch line?

Here is the link to put lunch money on your child’s account.

If you need lunch cost assistance, you can fill out the following application TODAY in order to have a response from them before registration day.  If you receive a letter from Food Services, you must bring it with you on this day to show the fee table.  Very important!

What else will I need to take care of at registration

You will have the opportunity to pick up car tags if your child will be a car rider afterschool.  You will be given up to 2 tags.  If you need more than 2 tags, they will be sold for $2 each. Copies of tags are not allowed.

If your child has any health concerns, please stop by the nurse’s table to discuss those with her to assure Nurse Hudgins has all  information in order to provide your child her full care this year.

We have a wonderful PTA and you will want to join by getting a membership.  They will also have spirit wear for sale.

Do we now go meet the teachers?

Yes, once you have gone through all tables in the cafeteria, your child’s teacher is waiting in their classroom with a  smile ready to meet you all.
